Survey Locate is directly affiliated with Kennedy Surveying - A long standing and reputable Professional Surveying Practice. Neil Kennedy started the company in Lennox Head nearly 30 years ago and since then the company has grown and now services most regional centres on the mid-north coast with offices in Ocean Shores, Ballina, Lismore and Coffs Harbour.
We entered into the Utility mapping sector as we recognised the need for a more reliable and professional product rather than the standard paint marks on the ground.
We believe that the utility assets are just that, assets, and as such should be measured and recorded accurately (… Done once, done right.) with the provision for repeatability.
Surveying has become a spatial science stretching into fields of GIS, BIM, 4D Data Capture, Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry and Utility Mapping to name a few.
